Due to the intimate nature of our products, all lingerie, shapewear, waist trainers, bodysuits, and undergarments are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your item arrived damaged.
- Your item has a manufacturing defect.

Approved replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.
Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided.
